THE DISH: These fishless filets donât have to be on burger buns, but can also make for fish & chips or other boardwalk favorites.
TARTAR SAUCE RECIPE
1 cup aquafaba
3 tablespoons lemon juice
1 teaspoon sugar + salt + pepper
~1¼ cups tapioca powder
3 cups oil
¼ cup diced pickles
¼ cup diced red onion
zest of 1 lemon
TARTAR SAUCE CHEFFING INSTRUCTIONS
â¢Add aquafaba, lemon juice, sugar, salt, pepper, tapioca flour, and oil to blender and blend thoroughly until resembles creamy mayonnaise.
â¢Add diced pickles, onion, and lemon zest to blender slowly until mixed.
